Another knitting project done
I finished the penguin today, and I'm very pleased with how it turned out, even though it has a few mistakes. Kate won't care if there are mistakes. She went to bed before it was done, so she hasn't met the penguin yet.

He's super cute.
I think you may have a problem though... you've become a bit obsessive!
Oh he's so cute! And the hat is adorable as well.
I love the penguin. I just started Emily's leg warmers and so far it is total disaster. I've ripped it out three times and I think I'm going to give up. I'm feeling like a crappy knitter again. Grrr.
Don't give up, Karen. Just take a break for a day or so. I had to rip out one of the penguin wings about 5 times, and one of the feet three. it was just a bad knitting day.
Did you introduce her to penguin today? How was the response?

OK, that penguin is the cutest thing ever! You and Karen are my knitting gurus. If I make it through the introductory scarf, maybe I can aspire to penguin!
