Graeme's student Albert brought a very beautiful gift from Taiwan. It's a bottle opener, however, the insert explaining the gift is a bit difficult to figure out. Any interpretations?

I know each of those words, but together they mean nothing.
I've got a rough translation figured out for most of it, but the last sentence (and I use that word loosely) is totally escaping me.
Not sure I can help with the translation, but I have another example of "lost in translation" for you. At work I received these fun installation instructions with a light fixture. ... Here is a sampling...
